How does the 7-day sample development process work? +
Once your tech pack or reference sample specifications are finalized, our patternmaker and sample room produce your physical garment within 7 business days. Sample costs are 100% credited back into your invoice upon bulk production order ≥ 200 pcs.
What are your mass production lead times? +
Production schedules are strictly maintained according to verified factory tiers:
• 1 – 59 pieces: 25 – 30 calendar days
• 60 – 400 pieces: 30 – 35 calendar days
• 401 – 1,000+ pieces: 35 – 40 calendar days

How do you protect our original brand designs and artwork? +
We operate under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA). Your CAD files, measurements, and graphics remain your exclusive proprietary property. We never display custom client production runs on public marketplaces without written authorization.
